Let Ahead

Creating good habits and sticking to them has considerably improved my life.

It hasn’t been long since I started practicing breathing exercises and working out but performing these tasks every single day has definitely made me physically and mentally better.

It’s not that I have gained 10 pounds of muscle or can suddenly run for miles without fatigue but simply repeating these habits even for a little while has shown a change in my psyche.

Just a few weeks ago my mental health was a lot worse than it is now. I had constant thoughts of harming myself in one way or another. I always carried a huge weight on my shoulders that I couldn’t get off at all. From the moment I closed my eyes to sleep and the moment I opened them, the same dreadful thoughts haunted him all day long.
